In these days when it is difficult to find a competent, trustworthy contractor, we are happy to say that we have come across "Finer Point Renovations". We found the contractors of the Finer Point to be extremely friendly and cordial. Unlike a former contractor we had (my wife called him the "contractor from hell") the contractors of the Finer Point were more than competent in the work they performed, we would consider their work excellent. They begin work when they say they will begin, they care for the home and furnishings by covering floors and furniture and sealing off rooms with hanging tarps, and they continue to work until the job is complete.
We had a problem we could nor resolve regarding baseboards going from one room to another which was about 6 inches lower, so we consulted others and no one could think of a solution; in came Finer Point and they had an idea which not only solved the problem but also made the rooms look better than we anticipated.
When finished with their work, they clean so that where they worked looks as good, if not better than before they began the job.
One last thing, and this is important, we were very satisfied with their pricing; for the quality of the work they performed and the amount of time involved in completing the job, we found the contract price of Finer Point Renovations to be extremely fair.

We contacted Finer Point Renovations because our main living areas—den, kitchen and two main halls including ceilings—needed repainting. But how could we do this and not disrupt our family's day-to-day activities?
Licensed contractor, Mike Pingel worked with us and made himself available to paint on the week that we went on vacation. We knew him to be trustworthy enough that we felt very safe allowing him in our home while we were away.
He worked quickly and efficiently so that when we returned, he had completed the job and aired out the house to minimize the paint smell.
On top of that, the job was beautiful! The ceiling and wall edges were clean and precise. All wall hangings and furniture that had to be moved had been replaced exactly. There were no damages to any floors or furniture. I highly recommend Finer Point Renovations and plan to use them in the near future.
